Jeffrey Epstein, a sex offender who allegedly committed suicide established a will that gave instructions to establish a testamentary trust, supposedly to avoid collection from his accusers. The will was signed two days before his planned suicide attempt. The will named the creation of the 1953 Trust, which also secretly contained the names of its beneficiaries. It is expected that victims will still challenge the validity of the will based on fraudulent transfer in which the claims may take a decade to sort out.
